The special Wish cards will be sold in starter decks.
The new Dragon Ball CCG will initially be sold with 30-card starter decks and 10-card booster packs. There will be 2 different starter decks (Set A and Set B) which each include 1 of 4 exclusive Wish cards not found 3 of 6 exclusive cards not found in the booster packs. Set A decks will include special Wish cards 1 or 2. Set B decks will include special Wish cards 3 or 4. Booster packs will include 6 common, 2 uncommon, 1 rare, and one parallel holographic card. 1:8 packs will replace the parallel foil card with a special Super Rare gold foil card.

Bandai plans to promote the new launch at hobby retailers with a hobby exclusive Dragon Ball CCG promotion for players to learn how to play.
